Maggie Macaulay, MS Ed, is our Executive Director, dedicated to helping parents create peaceful homes. She is the owner of Whole Hearted Parenting, a parent educator and coach, and a public speaker. In addition, she serves as a Director with the International Network for Children and Families, Maggie trains instructors to teach the Redirecting Children’s Behavior™ (RCB) course – the premier course for parents – and co-leads the RCB South Florida Team. Maggie has provided development training in classroom management strategies for teachers in the public school system as well as in independent schools. Maggie created Parents in Pajamas Teleseminars, providing nationally available online workshops, as well as the web site WholeHeartedParenting.com. She co-founded Whole Hearted Adoption Workshops, a full-day course for anyone connected to adoption, and is the Child and Parenting Editor for Parkland Life Magazine where she writes a monthly column. Maggie also works with A Child is Missing Alert, developing and presenting programs throughout Florida on child safety. Randy Biro is the Director of Educational Policy for the United Teachers of Dade in Miami-Dade, Florida where she has worked in various capacities for the past 19 years,. She earned her PhD in Educational Policy in 2001 from the Union Institute and University. She has served as the Secretary and Vice President of the South Broward Chapter of the American Business Women's Association and is currently the chapter's Treasurer.
